Integrations
Connected to the stack you already run.
CM6 syncs from the tools you already run into a warehouse it manages for you. Here's everything it connects to and what each one needs.
| Integration | What it's for | What it needs |
|---|---|---|
| Shopify | Orders, customers, products and refunds — the transactional truth. | Install the CM6 app and approve read scopes. |
| Google BigQuery | The CM6-managed warehouse, where your store's own dataset is synced and enriched. | Nothing — CM6 provisions and runs it for you. |
| Meta Ads | Facebook & Instagram spend for channel attribution. | Authorise the ad account (synced via Fivetran). |
| Google Ads | Search, Shopping & network spend. | Authorise the ad account (synced via Fivetran). |
| Bing Ads | Microsoft Advertising spend. | Authorise the ad account (synced via Fivetran). |
| Payment gateways | Per-transaction fees: Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna. | Confirm which gateways you use; CM6 applies the fee schedules. |
| Google Sheets | COGS templates, when you don't use Shopify unit costs. | Fill the templated sheet and share it with CM6. |
| Carrier billing (CSV) | Inferring real shipping costs for the fulfilment layer. | Upload a representative billing export in the wizard. |
Your data stays yours. CM6 holds it in a BigQuery dataset isolated to your store, never pooled with another brand's. Revoke access from Shopify at any time — uninstalling deletes your dataset outright — and export your orders to CSV whenever you want.
On the roadmap
BigCommerce support is in early access. On a platform that isn't listed here? Tell us what you run on — it helps us prioritise.
